  • 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 5.3 ounces Flour
  • Flat Leaf Parsley (chopped)
  • 2.5 ounces Sugar Snap Peas (blanched)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 cups German Spaetzle

EQUIPMENT

  • Saucepan
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Bowls
  • Spoon
  • Chopping Tray
  • Platter

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Slice the chicken into thin strips and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
  • In the same pan, sauté the onions in olive oil. Add the green peppers, garlic, and chopped mushrooms, cooking for about a minute. Pour in the white wine and flambé. Once the alcohol cooks off, reduce the heat to low and add the chicken stock, sour cream, cooked chicken, sugar snap peas, and chopped parsley. Stir to combine.
