INGREDIENTS

  • 24 baby Brussels sprouts (or 12 regular-sized, halved)
  • ¼ cup (80 g) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 slices bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Clean and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts.
