  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 slices bacon

  • Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Clean and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the chicken into four equal pieces and pound each to about 1/4 inch thick.

  • Place a quarter of the cheese mixture in the center of each chicken piece.
  • Roll the chicken up from the longer side, keeping the cheese mixture inside.
  • Wrap each chicken roll with 1 to 2 slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Arrange the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet with edges or in a baking dish.
