DILL PICKLE FAT BOMBS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 10 slices bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, diced pickles, shredded cheddar, pickle juice, fresh dill, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Chop the cooled bacon and green onions, then mix them in a small bowl.
  • Form the cream cheese mixture into 12 tablespoon-sized balls.
  • Roll each ball in the bacon and green onion mixture until fully coated.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
