Crispy Honey Orange Glazed Salmon fillets are pan-seared to perfection and coated in a rich, flavorful honey-orange-garlic sauce with a hint of soy for extra depth!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp butter
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice (about ½ an orange)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
- Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
- ½ orange, sliced for serving

INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets, skin-side up, for 3-4 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the fresh orange juice and let it reduce by half (about 1 minute). Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Push the salmon to the sides of the pan, then add honey and soy sauce. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Let the sauce reduce to a syrupy consistency (30 seconds to 1 minute), coating the salmon evenly.
- Remove from heat once the salmon reaches your preferred doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve drizzled with extra sauce and garnished with orange slices. Pairs well with rice, noodles, or a fresh salad.
OPTIONAL TIP
For crispy, caramelized edges, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking if using an oven-safe pan. Preheat the broiler while cooking on the stovetop for best results.
