This perfect bread machine gluten free bread has become our family’s latest miracle for living a gluten free lifestyle. It’s delicious, and as my husband said, “it tastes just like regular homemade bread.” For those familiar with gluten free products, that’s a significant compliment!
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups water
- ¼ cup oil (or 4 tablespoons dairy-free butter)
- 3 eggs
- 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons honey (or sugar)
- 3 ¼ cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
Add Ingredients:
- Place all ingredients into the bread machine loaf pan in the order listed (ensure the kneading paddle is in the pan).
Select Program:
- Insert the pan into the bread machine and select the gluten free program. Start the machine.
Scrape Sides:
- After 3-5 minutes of kneading, gently scrape down any dry ingredients stuck on the sides of the pan with a spatula.
Bake:
- The bread machine will handle the rest, including rising and baking. It will beep when done, which takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes from the start.
