These simple and speedy Edible Cookie Dough Bites are made with chocolate chips, brown sugar, and no eggs or raw flour, making them completely safe to eat! I love how quick they are—ready for refrigerating in just 5 minutes, and with only 5 ingredients needed!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 6 tablespoons Salted Butter (room temperature)
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bake the Flour: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread the flour evenly on a large baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes.
- Make the Cookie Dough: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the Chocolate Chips: Stir in the flour until fully combined, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form the Bites: Scoop 1 tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a smooth ball between your palms. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Refrigerate: Place the cookie dough bites on a plate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow them to firm up.
NOTES
- Ensure the all-purpose flour is measured correctly to avoid a too-dry or too-wet dough.
- When adding butter, make sure it’s soft but not melted. Melted butter will result in a sticky dough, making it harder to roll into balls.
