INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash the plums thoroughly and remove the pits and stems.
  • Slice the plums into your preferred size.
  • Arrange them skin-side down on the dehydrator trays.
  • Set the dehydrator to 135°F (57°C) and dry for 10–18+ hours.
  • Allow the plums to cool, then check for doneness.
  • Condition the dried plums.
  • Store in an airtight container.
