INGREDIENTS
Tofu:
- 1 (14 oz) block extra-firm tofu

- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

- Air Fry Tofu: Spray the air fryer basket (or use a parchment liner for easy cleanup) and add the tofu in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes. Shake the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking. If you prefer extra crispy tofu, cook for a few more minutes.

Let it simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. If it doesn’t thicken, whisk in an extra teaspoon of cornstarch.
