Move over, PSL – there’s a new fall favorite in town! Say hello to the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte! Think of your go-to iced chai latte, but with a rich, pillowy layer of pumpkin cream cold foam on top. It’s the latest seasonal sensation at Starbucks, and I’m excited to share my budget-friendly homemade version with you!
Equipment:
- Milk frother
INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin Cold Foam:
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Chai Tea Latte:
- ½ cup milk of choice (I used 2%)
- ½ cup chai tea concentrate
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all the pumpkin foam ingredients in a mason jar or glass. Use a milk frother to froth until whipped and well-combined, about 10-20 seconds. Set aside.
- Add ice to a glass, then pour in the ½ cup milk of choice and ½ cup chai tea concentrate.
- Top with the pumpkin foam, stir, and enjoy!
