EASY HOMEMADE ALFREDO SAUCE

This homemade Alfredo sauce with heavy cream is my absolute favorite! The rich, creamy aroma fills the kitchen, and the flavor is even better than the smell. This recipe makes just enough for one pasta dish, serving about 4 people, but it’s easy to double if you need more. Best part? It only takes about 10-15 minutes to whip up!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the heavy whipping cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • After simmering, whisk in the garlic and parsley, stirring until well combined.
  • Turn off the heat and add the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
