EASY COCONUT JELLY CUBES (ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp agar agar powder
  • 17 fl oz coconut water
  • 3.5 oz white sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut water and agar agar powder. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the agar agar is fully dissolved. To check, run the back of a spoon through the liquid—there should be no visible granules.
  • Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold of your choice and allow it to cool to room temperature. Then, transfer it to the refrigerator to set fully, which typically takes 1-2 hours.
  • Once set, cut into cubes or any desired shape and enjoy!
