EASY BAKED ORANGE ROUGHY

This recipe is a simple and delicious way to prepare orange roughy. The fish is baked in the oven with a light coating of seasonings and butter, resulting in a flaky and flavorful dish. It’s a great option for a quick and healthy weeknight meal.  

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs orange roughy fillets
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt (or to taste)
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Arrange the fish fillets in a greased 11×7-inch baking dish.
  • Season with seasoning salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the fillets.
  • Cover and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.
