Ingredients
- 1 cup of salt
- 2 cups of plain flour
- ¾ cup of boiling water
- Acrylic paints (for decorating)
- Sealer (varnish or PVA glue)
Instructions
- Combine the salt and plain flour in a bowl. Gradually add the hot water while mixing.
- Mix until a dough forms, ensuring it’s not sticky.
- Allow the dough to air dry overnight. Then, bake your salt dough creations in the oven at 120°C (250°F) for about 3 hours.
- After baking, let the dough air dry for another day if possible to ensure it’s completely dry.
- Decorate with acrylic paints and seal your creations with varnish or PVA glue.
