BROWN SUGAR OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar (dark, light, or regular)
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (or more, to taste)
  • 2 cups milk

INSTRUCTIONS
