INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika

- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine all the spices and mix well.
- Coat the chicken tenders with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on both sides.
- Place the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
NOTES
- Avoid overcooking the chicken to prevent it from becoming dry.
- Be sure to season both sides of the chicken tenders for extra flavor.
- For extra heat, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
- Let the chicken sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before cooking. This ensures even cooking compared to baking straight from the fridge.
