PERFECTLY ROASTED CHICKEN THIGHS

Achieve perfectly roasted chicken thighs every time with this simple method! The thighs turn out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, thanks to a high-temperature roast for 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, excess fat removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Rub olive oil on both sides of the chicken thighs. Evenly season both sides with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken, skin side down, on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Roast for 18 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken over and continue roasting for another 20 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
