This Air Fryer Fried Rice is a fun and easy recipe! You can cook everything in one air fryer basket, allowing all the flavors to blend together perfectly. So delicious!
Equipment
- Air fryer
- 7-inch round baking dish (fits inside your air fryer basket)
Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 cups cooked and cooled white rice
- ½ sweet onion, diced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
Instructions
- Place the bacon slices in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 6 minutes. The bacon won’t be fully cooked yet, but remove it from the basket and chop it into small pieces. It will finish cooking with the rice. Drain any excess grease from the air fryer basket.
- In a bowl, combine the bacon with the rice, onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and sriracha. Stir well to mix everything together.
- Transfer the rice mixture to a 7-inch round dish that fits inside your air fryer basket (see notes).
- Air fry at 350°F for 6 minutes. Stir the mixture and pour the beaten eggs over the rice. Cook for another 4 minutes.
- Stir to break up the eggs, then add the peas and carrots. Air fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure to choose a baking dish that fits comfortably inside your air fryer basket. We use a 7-inch round dish from this set.
