4-INGREDIENT PROTEIN CHIA PUDDING

This creamy, high-protein chia pudding comes together with just four simple ingredients: chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey!

INGREDIENTS

Base:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 3 cups unsweetened soy milk

Topping Ideas:

  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and soy milk. Stir well.
  • Let the mixture sit for a minute, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Evenly distribute into four (16 oz) mason jars or medium containers with lids. Add your choice of fruit toppings.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving—overnight works best for a thicker consistency. Enjoy!
