This creamy, high-protein chia pudding comes together with just four simple ingredients: chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey!
INGREDIENTS
Base:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 3 cups unsweetened soy milk
Topping Ideas:
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwis
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and soy milk. Stir well.
- Let the mixture sit for a minute, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Evenly distribute into four (16 oz) mason jars or medium containers with lids. Add your choice of fruit toppings.
