EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH BITES (NO BAKE)

These simple and speedy Edible Cookie Dough Bites are made with chocolate chips, brown sugar, and no eggs or raw flour, making them completely safe to eat! I love how quick they are—ready for refrigerating in just 5 minutes, and with only 5 ingredients needed!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 6 tablespoons Salted Butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Bake the Flour: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread the flour evenly on a large baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes.
  • Make the Cookie Dough: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the Chocolate Chips: Stir in the flour until fully combined, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Form the Bites: Scoop 1 tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a smooth ball between your palms. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Refrigerate: Place the cookie dough bites on a plate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow them to firm up.

NOTES

  • Ensure the all-purpose flour is measured correctly to avoid a too-dry or too-wet dough.
  • When adding butter, make sure it’s soft but not melted. Melted butter will result in a sticky dough, making it harder to roll into balls.
