VITAMIN C IMMUNITY SMOOTHIE

This Vitamin C-packed immunity-boosting smoothie is made with fresh oranges, bananas, mango, ginger, and honey. It’s a delicious and refreshing way to get all the vitamins you need to stay healthy throughout the winter!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole oranges, peeled
  • 2 whole bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¾ – 1 cup almond milk (or oat milk, coconut milk, or 2% cow’s milk as alternatives)

Instructions
