INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the Glass: Fill a 10–12 ounce glass with ice cubes.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a separate container, combine the Blue Curaçao syrup, cream of coconut, fresh lime or lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Stir gently with a straw or cocktail stirrer until well mixed. Pour the mixture over the ice.
- Top it Off: Add sparkling water or coconut water for a refreshing finish.
- Garnish & Serve: Decorate with a slice of pineapple, lime or lemon, an edible flower, maraschino cherry, or a fun cocktail umbrella. Enjoy!
NOTES
- Use Blue Curaçao Syrup, Not Liqueur! To keep this drink alcohol-free, be sure to use Blue Curaçao syrup and avoid the alcoholic Blue Curaçao liqueur.
- Understanding Cream of Coconut: This is a sweetened cocktail mixer, sometimes labeled as Crème de Coconut. It is different from canned coconut milk or coconut cream. If you prefer an unsweetened version, you can use coconut cream or coconut milk, but the drink will be less sweet and have a milder coconut flavor.
