VIRAL BURGER CUPS WITH SECRET SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

Burger Cups:

  • 48–60 frozen tater tots (about one bag)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ½ lb lean ground beef
  • Lettuce and pickles for garnish

Secret Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 Tbsp relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F.

Step 2: Place 4–5 tater tots into each cup of a nonstick muffin tray.

Step 3: Bake for 10–12 minutes. Remove from the oven and use a pestle or small cup to press the tater tots down into a cup shape.

Step 4: Sprinkle each tater tot cup with cheddar cheese. Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 12–13 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Step 5: While the cups bake, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese and mix until melted and well combined.

Step 6: Take the cheesy tater tot cups out of the oven. Fill each cup with the ground beef mixture, then top with lettuce, secret sauce, and pickles.

Step 7: Serve immediately and enjoy!
