INGREDIENTS

  • 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • ¾ cup finely chopped broccoli
  • ¾ cup finely chopped cauliflower
  • ¾ cup finely chopped carrots
  • ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Finely chop all the vegetables and mix them together in a large bowl.
