INGREDIENTS
3 cups plant-based milk

INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour the plant-based milk into a medium saucepan and bring it to a low boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it gently simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. If the milk starts to burn, lower the heat further.
- Allow it to simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until it reduces to about 1 ½ cups.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any milk skin that may have formed.
- Transfer to an airtight container, such as a mason jar, and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
