INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create two thinner pieces. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat until hot.
- Add 3 tablespoons of butter to the pan and stir with a wooden spoon or tongs until melted.
