Ditch the preservatives and questionable ingredients by making this kid-approved snack at home! These delicious and healthy strawberry gummies are a hit with kids, and the best part is they’re simple to make with just four ingredients. You’ll love knowing exactly what’s going into these treats!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 2 (0.25 oz) boxes unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Gummy bear molds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend the diced strawberries, lemon juice, and honey together until smooth. If the strawberries have many seeds, strain the mixture through a mesh strainer to remove them.
  • Pour the juice into a saucepan and add the gelatin. Whisk constantly as you bring it to a slow boil over medium heat. Once it boils, remove from heat.
  • Carefully fill the gummy bear molds with the juice mixture. You can use the included eyedropper or a food squeeze bottle to make it easier.
  • Place the molds in the fridge for 20 minutes to let the gummies solidify. Keep the remaining juice mixture warm by either placing the squeeze bottle in hot water or keeping the saucepan on warm heat.
  • Once the gummies are set, pop them out of the molds and enjoy!
