Fall weather is reason enough to celebrate the season, and what better way to do so than with a drink in hand and your loved ones gathered around? For parties or large get-togethers, punch bowl recipes are a go-to for ease and crowd appeal. This one, perfect for Halloween or Thanksgiving, is my absolute favorite—and I’m sure it’ll quickly become yours too!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups ice
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 bottle sparkling wine (champagne or prosecco)
- 2 (12 oz) bottles ginger beer
- 1 cup vodka
- 2-3 sliced apples
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, combine the ice, apple cider, sparkling wine, vodka, ginger beer, and sliced apples.
- Stir well to mix, and enjoy!
NOTES
I recommend using alcoholic ginger beer, but any variety will do. Orange-flavored ginger beer also adds a nice twist! For extra flair, feel free to garnish the punch with sliced oranges, cinnamon sticks, or other festive touches.
