CROCKPOT CHICKEN LEGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 – 2 ½ pounds chicken legs
  • 2 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil (avocado, canola, or olive oil)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pat each drumstick dry with a paper towel and transfer them to a 4-6 quart crock pot.
  • In a small bowl, combine all the dry seasonings and stir to mix. Drizzle the chicken with oil, then rub to coat each leg evenly.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the chicken and rub it in to make sure it sticks.
  • Cover the crock pot and set it to the low setting. Cook for 3 ½ to 4 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
