THE BEST HOMEMADE BIG MAC RECIPE

This homemade Big Mac recipe perfectly replicates your favorite McDonald’s burger, featuring juicy beef patties, sesame seed buns, and a delicious secret sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 sesame seed hamburger buns, plus 4 extra bottom buns for the middle layer
  • 1 lb extra-lean ground beef
  • 4 cheese slices
  • Dill pickles
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, finely shredded

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1 cup light mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp relish
