INGREDIENTS
- 800g icing sugar
- 10 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g softened butter
- Food colouring (red, blue, and green)

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the icing sugar, mixing well with an electric mixer. If mixing by hand, be prepared for a bit of a workout!
- Once the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs, use your hands to bring it together into a dough-like consistency.
- Divide the dough into three equal portions and add a few drops of food colouring to each—red, blue, and green. Knead each portion until the colour is evenly distributed. If the mixture feels too sticky, simply add a little more icing sugar.
- To assemble the fudge, take small portions of each coloured dough and randomly place them into an 18cm x 30cm silicone baking tray. Press the pieces together firmly to ensure they stick together as one solid piece.
- Sprinkle generously with your favorite toppings, then place the tray in the freezer for an hour to set. If you prefer, you can let it chill in the fridge overnight.
- Once set, cut the fudge into pieces and store it in the fridge until ready to enjoy. While it has never lasted more than five days in our house, it stays fresh for at least that long!
Enjoy your colorful and delicious Unicorn Fudge!
