INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz can Cocktail peanuts
- 2 cups Margarine or butter
- 11 1/2 oz package Milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
- 2 lb package Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Maple flavoring
- 3 oz package Vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 12 oz package Semi-sweet chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a saucepan, melt butter, evaporated milk, and milk chocolate chips over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Once melted, stir in peanut butter and maple flavoring. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar and pudding mix. Add the cooled chocolate mixture and stir until smooth. Gently fold in the cocktail peanuts.
