Bursting with flavor, low in carbs, and oh-so-satisfying, they’re ideal for a quick meal or a fun appetizer. With these keto-friendly delights, you won’t miss the carbs—because you’ve got pizza!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 eggs
- 2 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- Sriracha sauce, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or spray a nonstick muffin top pan. Set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the 6 muffin top cups.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over each mini pizza.
- Add the dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder to each pizza for extra flavor.
- Drizzle a swirl of Sriracha sauce over the top of each pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the pizzas are puffed up and golden brown. Note that they will puff like muffins while baking but will deflate once removed from the oven.
