KETO AIR FRYER ZUCCHINI NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups zucchini noodles
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat your air fryer while preparing the zucchini noodles.
  • In a large bowl, toss the zucchini noodles with mayonnaise until well coated. Mix in the Parmesan cheese.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Add the coated zoodles to the basket and air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, checking after 5 minutes to prevent over-browning. Thicker noodles may require additional cooking time.
