INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 3 tablespoons lime juice (juice of 3 limes)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prepare the avocados: Slice them in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. In a large bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, leaving it as chunky or smooth as you like.
  • Chop the onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, and cilantro.
