- 6 tbsp butter (or olive oil, ghee, or coconut oil), divided
- 1 cup diced onion (about 4 oz)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 14 oz kielbasa, thinly sliced on the bias
- 1 large head of green cabbage, cored and sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large skillet, melt 3 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
