INGREDIENTS
- 6 servings mashed potatoes
- 1 (24 oz) package of cooked popcorn chicken
- 1 (15 oz) can of corn, drained and heated
- 1 packet of beef gravy, cooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare 6 servings of instant mashed potatoes (or make your own from scratch).
- Cook the popcorn chicken according to the package instructions.
- Heat the corn in the microwave or on the stovetop, depending on your preference.
- Prepare the gravy using a brown gravy packet.
- Assemble the bowls by layering mashed potatoes, corn, chicken, and gravy. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
NOTES
- Feel free to use instant mashed potatoes or make your own homemade version.
- You can substitute mac and cheese for the potatoes if you’d like to make a KFC-inspired mac and cheese bowl—just skip the corn and gravy.
