CHIPOTLE HONEY VINAIGRETTE

This isn’t just another salad dressing; it’s a flavor explosion, a culinary chameleon that elevates everything it touches. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil (or any neutral oil)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo (plus extra adobo sauce to taste)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend the dressing: In a high-speed blender, combine the avocado oil, honey, red wine vinegar, lime juice, chipotle peppers, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and vibrant orange.
  • Adjust seasoning & store: Transfer the dressing to a bowl or airtight container, then whisk in the dried oregano. Taste and adjust with additional salt, pepper, or adobo sauce as needed for your desired flavor.
  • Storage: Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to one week.
