CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE

This easy dump-and-bake chicken stuffing casserole is made with tender chopped chicken, creamy mushroom and broccoli soups, a touch of milk and broth, and flavorful Stove Top stuffing. The result is a comforting, hearty meal the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 boxes Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth (or water)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Spread the chopped chicken evenly in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the milk, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of broccoli soup. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top. Then, pour the chicken broth over the stuffing, ensuring all pieces are moistened. If needed, gently press down any dry stuffing so it soaks up the liquid.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Remove from the oven and let the casserole rest, covered, for 10 minutes before serving.
