INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated white sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup salted butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the white sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Gradually fold the wet mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the mashed bananas to complete the batter.
