SUGAR-FREE CANNOLI CREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup part-skim ricotta cream
  • 2–3 scoops pure stevia extract (using the scoop from the canister)
  • ⅛ teaspoon orange extract
  • ¼–½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons roughly chopped 85% dark chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Adjust sweetness to taste, adding a little more orange extract if you prefer a stronger citrus flavor reminiscent of traditional cannoli cream. Enjoy!
