INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (such as carrots, corn, peas, and green beans)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a 12-inch skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, parsley, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the milk, beef broth, tomato sauce, uncooked macaroni, and frozen mixed vegetables. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
- Once the pasta is ready, stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese until melted. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
