- Carrot: ½ piece
- Fried Tofu Skin (Inari): 4 pieces
- Shiitake Mushrooms: 2 pieces
- Smoked Salmon: 2 slices, chopped
- Cucumber (Kyuri): ¼ piece
- Black Sesame: to taste
- Kewpie Mayonnaise Original: 4 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the tofu skin (Inari) in half and set aside.
