This Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette is a quick and simple dressing that works perfectly for salads or as a marinade. I prefer it so much more than the store-bought versions, and it’s a healthier option too!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and well-mixed.
- With the blender running on medium-low, slowly pour in the olive oil in a steady stream.
- Gradually increase the blender speed as you add the oil, blending until fully combined.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
