INGREDIENTS
- 24 baby Brussels sprouts (or 12 regular-sized, halved)
- ¼ cup (80 g) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 slices bacon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Clean and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts.
- Make Syrup Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper.
- Prepare Bacon: Cut the bacon slices in half crosswise. Brush each piece with the syrup mixture.
- Wrap and Arrange: Wrap a piece of bacon around each Brussels sprout and place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
