RICE A RONI CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 (6.9 oz) box Rice-A-Roni Chicken Flavor, prepared
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (rotisserie chicken), shredded and chopped
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 green onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare the Rice-A-Roni according to the instructions on the box.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared Rice-A-Roni, shredded chicken, artichokes, celery, green onion, bell pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix until all ingredients are well-coated.
