- 8 oz Angel Hair Pasta
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 lb Frozen Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- While the pasta cooks, place the frozen shrimp in a large pan over high heat, cover, and cook until thawed and evenly heated, about 3-5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the pan. Once melted, stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the lemon juice and chicken broth, allowing the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
- Once the pasta is done, drain it well and add it to the pan with the shrimp. Toss everything together with the Parmesan and dried parsley until well combined.
