ROASTED CHERRY TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes, stems removed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Spread the cherry tomatoes and garlic clove in a single layer on a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with onion powder.
  • Roast for 35 minutes, or until the tomatoes are wrinkled and bursting.
