INGREDIENTS
- ½ lb whole grain pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cans Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a bowl with tuna, parsley, basil, and spices.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it immediately and rinse with cold water to cool.
- Toss the cooled pasta with the tuna mixture, tomatoes, and olive oil. Add the lemon juice for a fresh kick.
