Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
- 10 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs or panko
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup (plus an additional 1/4 cup for topping)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/3 cup of ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
