HOW TO MAKE CHARCUTERIE ROSES

If you’re looking to spice up your charcuterie boards, I’ve got a fun and easy idea for you—Salami Roses! These meat roses are incredibly simple to make and add a stunning, elegant touch to any cheese, snack, or charcuterie board. They’re a creative way to bring excitement and flair to your spread!

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of salami
  • A shot glass or champagne flute

Instructions:

  • Place the shot glass (or champagne flute) upside down on the counter.
  • Start folding a slice of salami in half and drape it over the edge of the glass.
  • Continue adding slices, one at a time, overlapping each piece to form the first layer.
  • After the first layer, add a second row, followed by a third, creating a fuller rose shape.
  • Repeat this process for about 3-4 layers until you have a nice, rounded rose.
  • Once you’re satisfied with the size, carefully lift the glass to remove the salami rose.
  • If you’d like a fuller rose, simply place it back onto the glass and add more layers.

Now you have beautiful, easy-to-make salami roses for your charcuterie board!
